Last year I was unable to create recital dance portraits for Showbiz Kidz Dance Studio. A few of the dancers contacted me and came to my studio to capture some dance portraits so the year wouldn’t be forgotten.

I was glad Michaela and her Mom reached out to me to capture these images.

New Jersey Sports Photography

Readington Township Recreation girls lacrosse asked me to create some action sport portraits. I was immediately impressed with how intense the girls played!

There were two different age brackets/teams that played on the day I was there capturing these images.

What I love to do with these action photos is create a montage for one specific player. I haven’t yet done that for this league but here is an example for basketball:

Sound of Music Publicity Photography

New Jersey Theatre Photographer

I created some publicity portraits for Showkids Invitational Theater’s show “Sound of Music.”

Theater like many of the Arts, was deeply impacted in the past 18 months by COVID-19. As you can see in the photograph above, some members of the cast who were too young to be vaccinated wore masks at times.

The above photographs were used to promote the show to local media outlets. The show was scheduled to take place on an outdoor stage at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Lebanon, NJ. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate the first weekend. Fortunately someone in the cast had a connection with the South Ridge Community Church in Clinton. They are blessed with a large indoor gathering place. The opening weekend shows where held there.

New Jersey Wedding Photographer

Cat and Greg’s wedding was delayed due to COVID-19 like so many others in the past 18 months.

Cat and Greg were a pleasure to work with. I also had the pleasure to create engagement portraits for them. Their sense of humor and adventure are priceless!

The church was important to Cat as her Mother also got married there.

I created a special image for them (left) that was very similar to what was done for her parents.

Their reception was at Hawk Pointe Golf Club in Washington New Jersey. I’ve photographed weddings and events there before. The location is ideal and the staff very friendly!

Unfortunately Cat’s father came down with COVID-19 right before her wedding and could not attend in person. He’s now fully recovered and doing well! Cat and Greg put their wedding attire back on recently and we had another portrait session with her Dad! Look for an upcoming posting featuring those photos!
