Santa and Mrs. Claus visited with everyone that participated! Cookies and hot chocolate too!
Members of the Stewartsville Vol. Fire Co. respond to a car fire on I-78 Sunday morning.
Jack left July 19th to attended basic training at Fort Benning, GA. Members of 98 Fire gave Jack and his family an escort home once they hit the township line complete with lights and sirens.
In publishing my Year In Review for 2014 yesterday I realized there were several recent events I failed to blog about. The first is when Santa came to town early on a fire truck. Once again members of the Stewartsville Col. Fire Co. hosted Santa on a tour of the town. Good boys and girls that were brave enough to go outside in the chill received a special gift from Santa – dogs too!
So even though this is after the fact, I hope each and everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday!
I had the opportunity to place my GoPro camera on the side of a fire truck that was taking Santa around Stewartsville to greet girls and boys this past Saturday! Watch as his 3 hours tours takes only 2 minutes!
The Stewartsville Vol Fire Co is going to once again host Santa on Saturday December 20th, 2014 starting at 9 am.
I had the pleasure of taking some photos of Santa’s visit last year. The Assistant Chief asked me to post some of the photos on the fire department website advertising his upcoming visit.
So boys and girls, make sure you awake, dressed and listening for Santa to visit your street starting 9 am on Saturday December 20, 2014. If you good he might even have a treat for you!
